THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHRYSLER CONCORDE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE DEFROSTER WAS ENGAGED, IT FAILED TO DEFROST THE WINDOW AND OBSCURED THE DRIVER'S VISION WHILE DRIVING. GOODYEAR EAGLE TIRE SIZE 22570R16 WITH LESS THAN SIX THOUSAND MILES ON IT HAVE DEVELOPED FLAT SPOT ON TIRES WHICH HAVE CAUSED VEHICLE TO SKID WHEN BRAKING. ALSO THERE IS VIBRATION IN FRONT END. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS.
CONSUMER NOTICED THAT A SET OF ORIGINAL TIRES WERE LOSING PSI AIR SLOWLY. DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE TIRES AT CONSUMER'S EXPENSE. HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM RECURRED, VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP, WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DETERMINED THAT THE CHROME OF THE RIM WAS THE PROBLEM, CUTTING THE TIRES.

THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 142,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82,000.
