THE CONTACT'S SON OWNS A 2017 BMW X5 EQUIPPED WITH PIRELLI SCORPION VERDE ALL SEASON TIRES, SIZE: 255/50R19 107W (NA). WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY. THE DRIVER VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD WHERE THE CONTACT NOTICED THE TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE REAR TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A COLLISION CENTER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE TIRES. BOTH REAR TIRES WERE REPLACED; HOWEVER, APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH LATER, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE TREAD SEPARATED AND WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD INSPECT THE TIRES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.

THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 INFINTI FX50 EQUIPPED WITH FOUR PIRELLI SCORPION ALL SEASON TIRES, SIZE: 285/35/22. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDERGOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT ALL FOUR TIRE SIDEWALLS WERE CRACKED. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, BUT DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,353 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

My wife was driving Interstate 81 from Tennessee to West Virginia at 70 mph when her right front tire blew out. Two months prior to this we were driving approximately 40 mph on a back road and the left front tire blew out. These are Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season 275/55 R20, purchased approximately in August 2020, with approximately 40,000 miles.

I brought a 2021 XC90 Volvo on 8/18/2022 with 12861 miles on it. The attached photo will show the current mile on the vehicle is 17421, so you can see I have only put 4560 miles on the vehicle. This vehicle was only brought 3 months ago. It's very concerning that I was driving down interstate 530 on Sunday 11/13/2022 and for the first time ever the low-pressure light comes on and then seconds later the vehicle starts the shakes and I almost lost control of the vehicle.
