IN ADDITION, SHE FELT THAT THE REMAINING TIRES SHOULD BE REPLACED AT NO COST DUE TO THE VEHICLE'S RIDING PERFORMANCE. THE DEFECTIVE TIRE HAS NOT YET BEEN REPLACED. THE VIN AND DOT NUMBER WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 20,100.
