THE CONTACT OWNS 2009 CHEVROLET AVEO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS ADVISED THAT THE TIRES WERE PREMATURELY WORN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ON THREE OCCASIONS BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET AVEO EQUIPPED WITH MILESTAR MS932 (NA) TIRES, SIZE: 185/65/R14 (NA). THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
THE BRAND NEW HANKOOK TIRES ON MY 2006 CHEVY AVEO ARE DEFECTIVE. I HIT A POT HOLE AND THE FIRST ONE WAS RUINED JUST 26 DAYS AFTER I DROVE THE CAR OFF THE DEALER LOT. THE REPLACEMENT TIRE I JUST BOUGHT FOR $265.55 POPPED TONIGHT 3 DAYS AFTER I DROVE OFF THE REPAIR SHOP LOT.
FIRST, I HAVE AN 2004 CHEVROLET AVEO. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE TWO TIRES DUE TO FLATS. IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE SOME SPECIAL TYPE OF TIRES ON THIS TYPE CAR. ONE TIRE IS PLUGGED AND THE OTHER WAS REPLACED BY A NEW TIRE. SECOND I HAVE 15,040 MILES ON THE CAR SINCE PURCHASE. THIRD, I HAVE HAD TO HAVE THE CAR IN FOR REPAIRS RE: NOISE UNDER THE PASSENGER WHEELS AND THE DRIVERS WHEELS MORE THAN TWICE. THE BATTERY HAS FAILED TO BE USEFUL TWICE. I NEED TO KNOW IF THESE CARS CAN BE LOOKED AT FOR DEFECTS BECAUSE THEY ARE A NEWER MODEL AND I HAVE ASKED OTHER IF THEY HAD ISSUES AND THEY ARE THE SAME. BRAKE LIGHTS CONTINUE TO BURN OUT.
