THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 CHEVROLET CAPRICE. THE VEHICLE HAS PEP BOYS FUTURA, SIZE P235/70R15 TIRES. ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED. THE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND INSPECTED THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE. HE DISCOVERED A BULGE ON THE TREAD OF THE TIRE AT 14,000 MILES. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A TIRE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE TIRE. APPROXIMATELY TWO MONTHS LATER, THE CONTACT FELT A VIBRATION AND DISCOVERED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE REAR TIRE HAD A BULGE AT 16,000 MILES. THE REAR TIRE WAS REPLACED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 165,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 163,000. UPDATED 12/12/07
