UPON INSPECTION OF THE TIRES, THE CONTACT NOTICED A BUBBLE IN THE SIDEWALL OF THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000. THE VIN AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

BOTH REAR TIRES WERE REPLACED; HOWEVER, APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH LATER, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE TREAD SEPARATED AND WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD INSPECT THE TIRES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
THE EVENTS LEADING UP TO THE FAILURE, WHEN BACKING OUT OF GARAGE THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE BLOW UP FOR NO APPARENT REASON, AIR ESCAPE FROM A HOLE IN SIDE WALL FROM THE RIM. _________________________ THE FAILURE, HOW OFTEN IT OCCURS, ITS CONSEQUENCES; AND, TIRE HAVE HOLE IN THE SIDEWALL, AIR ESCAPE, NO DRIVING ON THIS TIRE. PULL BACK IN TO GARAGE, REMOVE THE RIGHT FRONT WHELL FROM THE CAR AND TAKE TO A TIRE DEALER FOR EVALUATION. ___________________ WHAT WAS DONE TO CORRECT THE FAILURE -- I.E, PARTS REPAIRED OR REPLACED (AND IF OLD PART IS AVAILABLE) NEED TO PURCHASE BOOTH NEW FRONT TIRES SINCE THAT WAS A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE.
