THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR AN UNRELATED REPAIR AND THEY NOTICED THAT THE TREAD ON ALL FOUR TIRES WAS DRY ROTTED. THE TIRES HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED.
