THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DOT NUMBER AND TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 205,000.

NHTSA complaint 1587234

ALL FOUR OF THESE TIRES ARE SEPARATING AT TREAD AND SIDEWALL. A FIRESTONE DEALER INSPECTED THEM (YUDDY'S IN PORTSMOUTH, NH) AND TOLD ME THEY WERE ALL SPLITTING. HOWEVER, THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP ME AND GET IN THE MIDDLE. MAYBE BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT FOUR TIRES ELSEWHERE. I STILL HAVE THE TIRES, AND NEED TO TURN THEM IN SOMEWHERE AND GET RE-IMBURSEMENT. THESE TIRES NEED TO BE ADDED TO YOUR LIST AS WELL.

NHTSA complaint 255757

Dayton timberline H/T II: what the numbers tell you

Manufacturer treadwear data for the Timberline H/T II is not publicly listed. This is common for OEM-only or track-day tires that don't carry a US treadwear warranty. No mileage warranty is published for this tire, which is typical for performance summer and track-day rubber where the manufacturer doesn't make wear-life claims.

Cabin noise data for this tire is not published by the manufacturer. As a general tire built for the passenger segment, the Timberline H/T II is positioned against direct rivals within the same category. Comparing it to a tire in a different category (e.g. summer vs all-season) makes the spec sheet misleading because the design targets are not the same.

The Dayton Timberline H/T II has been part of Dayton's catalog since its introduction, and remains a current-production model.

For an apples-to-apples comparison against direct rivals, see the comparison pages linked from this tire's brand index.
