I ordered 195/75R-16C Cooper Hercules Terra Trac tires for two different vendors on Ebay. Four from one vendor, two from another. The two tires I got from one vendor, had a manufacturer date code of 2622, which is good. The other four tires had NO date of manufacture code anywhere on them!!! Isn't this against the law?
