THE NUTS THAT HELD THE VALVE STEM ALSO FELL INSIDE THE TIRE. THE TIRE SHOP REPLACED THE VALVE STEM ON THE TIRE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.

THE CONSUMER STATED HER VEHICLE HAD 2 REAR TIRE BLOW OUTS DUE TO THE SENSORS BREAKING OFF. ONE OF THE BLOW OUTS OCCURRED IN NOVEMBER 2013, WHILE HER SON WAS DRIVING 70 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY IN THE RAIN. THE SECOND BLOW OUT OCCURRED IN MARCH 2014. THE TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS WERE REPLACED 5 TIMES.
