GOT READY TO TAKE KIDS TO THE DOCTOR AND THE TIRE WAS FLAT. MANAGED TO GET THE TIRE AIRED UP WITH COMPRESSOR AT HOUSE AND TOOK TO A MECHANIC TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE TIRE WAS PUNCTURED. TURNS OUT NO PUNCTURE. DECIDED TO REPLACE TIRE IN CASE OF "DRYROT", WHEN TIRE WAS TAKEN OFF, THE RIM WAS CRACKED. HAD TO BUY ANOTHER RIM. 2 MONTHS LATER, ANOTHER RIM DID THE SAME THING. NOW WE'VE HAD A THIRD RIM CRACK. THESE ARE THE STANDARD FACTORY RIMS THAT THE VEHICLE ROLLED OF THE PRODUCTION FLOOR WITH.

THE TIRES WERE ON MY CAR LESS THE 5 MONTHS & HAD LESS THAN 2,000 MILES. LOOKING AT YOUR SITE I SEE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS OF SAME THING HAPPENING TO OTHERS. THE TIRE IS NOT AVAILABLE NATION WIDE AND PER MICHELIN CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BACK ORDER WITH NO PRODUCTION DATE AVAILABLE. I HAVE 3 MORE OF THESE TIRES ON MY CAR AND DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING ON THESE TIRES AFTER REVIEWING THE COMPLAINTS ON YOUR SITE.

TIRE HAS LESS THAN 7000 MILES, AND IS ON A BRAND NEW CAR. I AM CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY NOW THAT I KNOW THESE TIRES ARE DEFECTIVE, AND DO NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED.

SINCE THE AIR IS 78% NITROGEN TO BEGIN WITH, I FAIL TO SEE HOW THAT WILL HELP. IN ANY EVENT A PROBLEM HERE WHICH SEEMS TO BE A CHRYSLER FAULT DEALER CAN'T RESOLVE AND THE PROBLEM IS ONGOING.
